SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Beau’s. We aim to pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2-5 working days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send a dispatch confirmation with tracking details where tracking is available.

UK DELIVERY

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Standard delivery:
- Cost: £3.95, free over £40
- Estimated delivery time: 2-3 working days after dispatch
- Delivery service: Royal Mail 

Express delivery:
- Cost: £4.95
- Estimated delivery time: 24hrs after dispatch
- Delivery service: Royal Mail

Delivery times are estimates and aren’t guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen because of courier problems, severe weather, busy periods, or circumstances outside our control.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently do not offer international delivery.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@shopbeaus.co.uk with your order number.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the packaging and the damaged item. We’ll review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.

Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We may not be able to replace or refund an order sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY

We may update this shipping policy from time to time. The latest version will always be displayed on this page.

This shipping policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
