Refund policy

Returns We want you and your little one to love your Beau's order. If something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and unworn, with any tags attached, in their original packaging.

Hygiene Because our headbands, bows, clips and teethers are worn in the hair or near the mouth, we can only accept returns of these items if they are unworn, unopened and still sealed in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or removed from sealed packaging, unless they are faulty.

How to start a return Email us at hello@shopbeaus.co.uk or message us on Instagram with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions on where to send it. Please don't post items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to match them to your order.

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in the post.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us at hello@shopbeaus.co.uk with a photo and we'll put it right with a replacement or full refund, including postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Personalised and custom items Items made or personalised to your request can't be returned unless they're faulty.

Refunds Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm your refund. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back. Your bank may take a few extra working days to show it on your account.

Exchanges The quickest way to swap an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
